All - Weather Base Material Treatment

1. The base coat is used to bond the concrete base and polyurea coating. It should have good permeability to seal the moisture and pores of the concrete base and correct minor defects on the surface of the base; At the same time, it can bond well with concrete base layer and polyurea coating.

2. Properties of the primer: strong adhesion to the base layer and polyurea coating, high permeability to the concrete base layer, good sealing performance, short curing time, normal curing in the range of O°C~50°C.

3. The primer can be made of epoxy and polyurethane. Generally, it can be divided into low temperature (0~15°C), normal temperature (15°C~35°C) and high temperature (>35°C). The performance indicators shall meet the requirements of table 4.2. 4. The amount of bottom coating per square meter should not be less than 0.4kg.
