Water permeability resistance: high polymer modified asphalt rolls, epdm waterproof rolls, self-adhesive waterproof rolls, high-density polyethylene sheets and EVA sheets have many joints, low bonding force, easy to leak and cross water, and low waterproof reliability. They are basically "raincoat" waterproof and only suitable for water facing water.

High and low temperature resistance: compared with high density polyethylene sheet and polymer modified asphalt roll, polyurethane, polyurea elastomer has excellent high and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures of 160C and remain flexible at -40c.
Resistance to concrete cracking. Spray polyurea elastomer has a high tensile strength (> 17 mpa), high elongation at rupture rate (> 500%), strong compressive strength (bond with concrete base material > 5 mpa), high wear resistance, impact resistance, it has excellent resistance to concrete cracking, cracking of concrete protective and crack, flake repair and reinforcement of concrete structure.
The cracking resistance of waterproof coating (that is, the ability to prevent coagulation from cracking) depends on the tensile strength, coating thickness and bonding strength of the material. The bonding strength of high-density polyethylene and polymer modified asphalt rolls is very low, so the cracking resistance is poor. Polymer-modified asphalt waterproof xu materials, polyurethane waterproof coatings have low tensile strength and bonding strength, so the cracking resistance is not good. Polyurea has high tensile strength, high bonding force and excellent cracking resistance. Due to its fast curing speed, short construction period and high efficiency, polyurea is also suitable for repairing and reinforcing old buildings and infrastructure.
The bonding strength of polyurea on concrete is up to 5MPa, which is much higher than the peeling strength of concrete (about 2.5mpa). Therefore, when the concrete substrate cracks and the coating is stretched, it only coagulates locally near the crack, so as to avoid the "in-situ tensile" while other parts are still firmly bonded, which is the real "skin type" waterproof.
