Qtech-413 is a two-component viscoelastic material consisting of a semi-prepolymer with NCO-terminated group and B with amino-terminated polyether, hydroxyl-terminated polyether, amine chain extender and additives. Qtech-413 transforms the mechanical energy of vibration and noise into heat energy consumption through the synergistic action of resin filler and energy-dissipating filler, and has excellent adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance. It can be used alone or in combination with other materials as damping coating, anti-collision layer and buffer layer on the concrete surface of Metro and tunnel. Qtech-413 can form flexible coatings with different thicknesses, and can be applied to various occasions and suitable substrates. The application of Qtech-413 in Urban Metro can effectively reduce noise, buffer the impact of high-speed train running on subgrade, reduce noise pollution and improve the safety of metro.
