Weibo Huang, Doctor, professor in Qingdao University of Technology Doctoral supervisor, is the founder of Chinese SPUA. He graduated from Sichuan university in 1986, studying under the specialist in polymer-Academician XU Xi, and dedicated to research on advanced technology and material. He has finished more than 10 national projects and 20 provincial and ministerial scientific project. He has won 1 National Innovation Award, 1 National Science and Technology Progress Award, 5 Science and Technology Progress Prizes of the Ministry Of Chemical and Shipbuilding Industry, 1 National Patent Outstanding Award etc.

He has publish about 180 papers, including 25 in EI, SCI, AND ISTP, won 18 patents and 6 monographs.
