SPUA material has been developed rapidly in foreign countries with its excellent properties and attracted great attention in domestic polyurethane field. In order to promote the application of this technology in China, our institute has conducted preliminary research since 1995, and took the lead in organizing a group to study abroad in 1996, and introduced the main engine and spraying equipment of Gusmer company in 1997. After nearly two years of equipment installation, debugging, formula research and spraying technology research, D0H5 has mastered the operation, maintenance and maintenance of this equipment. Spua-1 02 waterproof and wear-resistant floor coating, spua-202 helicopter anti-skid coating, SPUA 301 flame retardant decorative coating, etc., have been developed, and have been applied in Qingdao dolphin performance hall, Shanghai hudong shipyard and other users D9, SPUA material excellent comprehensive performance (especially anti-skid), by users highly evaluation. In addition, a special series of AR composite materials suitable for China's national conditions have been developed. At present, we are devoted to the research of glass fiber reinforced SPUA material, which makes a good technical reserve for the promotion and popularization of spraying polyurea elastomer technology in China.
