Application of polyurea elastomer coating in high-speed railway because high-speed railway adopts ballastless track, the protective layer not only has the basic properties of waterproof, anti-seepage and anti-crack, but also can withstand high-speed, heavy load and alternating impact brought by high-speed train. Urea-coated no seams, strong adhesion, truly achieve the overall waterproof, but also has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, crack resistance, uv resistance and high and low temperature resistance, can meet the special requirements of high-speed rail. In the beijing-tianjin high-speed railway project, the protection project of polyurea materials reached 950,000 m2, and the amount of polyurea exceeded 2,000 t. The 1318km beijing-shanghai high-speed railway under construction needs 20,000 t urea-elastomer coating, 868t fatty PU surface coating and 6707t PU waterproof coating, with a total project amount of 2 billion yuan. In addition to high-speed rail, a large amount of polyurea coating is required for submarine tunnel, river tunnel, mountain tunnel and subway tunnel.
