The gym polyurea application project was sprayed in Juner,2014. It is located in Quanzhou city, Fujian province and the total spray area is 2,000 square meters. We sprayed our Qtech-418 polyurea product to the project. Our polyurea coating has achieved very good waterproof, anti-abrasion and appearance effects.
The construction process is as followed:
1. Clean the substrate
2. Fill the crack with sealant application
3. First we need to block the thing not needing spraying to avoid spraying contamination on its surface. Then we can spray pure polyurea.
The polyurea need to be hot sprayed, but you don’t need to worry, our spray machine can heat the polyurea automatically.
Because of the large flow of people in the stadium stands, the requirements for the water-proof, wear-resistant and aesthetic properties of the stands are high. The stadium stands adopt spray elastomer polyurea water-proof materials instead of the common coating water-proof materials, which has achieved very good waterproof, anti-abrasion and appearance effects. It can be widely used in stadium stands, tennis courts, basketball courts, plastic runways and other fields.
