2. On-Duty & Emergency Arrangements
During the holiday, all departments of our company will strictly implement the on-duty system and arrange special personnel for 24-hour duty. The on-duty personnel will stand firm at their posts, earnestly perform their duties, promptly handle various emergencies and urgent matters, keep detailed on-duty records in accordance with regulations, and report important situations to the leading supervisor in the first place.
For any urgent business needs during the holiday, please feel free to contact our on-duty personnel. The on-duty contact information will be notified separately via email if necessary.
3. Important Reminders
(1) Safety Precautions: During the holiday, our team will enhance safety awareness to ensure personal, property and traffic safety, and do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention and fraud prevention. For staff on business trips or personal travel, they will abide by local relevant regulations and arrange their itineraries reasonably.
(2) Emergency Response: On-duty and leading supervisors will keep their phones available at all times. In case of major emergencies, they will report to the company's leadership and handle them properly immediately.
