The steel cylinder project was sprayed in October, 2018. It is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province and the total spray area is 3000 square meters. We sprayed our Qtech-403 polyurea product to the project. Our pure polyurea coating has achieved very good corrosion resistance, protection and appearance effects.

Spraying polyurea elastomer coating is a kind of high performance coatings without solvent and pollution. Polyurea Coating Description
The polyurea elastomer is an elastomer formed by reacting an A component isocyanate with a B component amino mixed resin. The most basic characteristics are anti-corrosion, waterproof and wear-resistant.
A component may be an aromatic isocyanate or an aliphatic isocyanate. B component is composed of a terminal amino polyether and a terminal amino chain extender.
A/B component reacts to form a urea bond, and the structure of the urea bond is symmetrical, with stable characteristics and excellent bond energy, which makes the polyurea excellent in characteristics and very stable.
