The mine conveyor belt was sprayed in May, 2019. It is located in Ordos city, Nei Mongol. We sprayed our 100% pure polyurea product Qtech-404 for the project. Our pure polyurea coating has achieved very good abrasion resistance, protection and appearance effects.
The construction process is as followed:
First, we need to prepare the substrate and block the thing not need spraying to avoid spraying on its surface. Then we can spray pure polyurea.

Because of the large flow of people in the stadium stands, the requirements for the water-proof, wear-resistant and aesthetic properties of the stands are high. The stadium stands adopt spray elastomer polyurea water-proof materials instead of the common coating water-proof materials, which has achieved very good waterproof, anti-abrasion and appearance effects. It can be widely used in stadium stands, tennis courts, basketball courts, plastic runways and other fields.

Pure polyurea material has excellent anti-skid, anti-seepage and anti-abrasion properties; the coating has no joint and smooth appearance. It can be widely used in water park, wave making pool, landscape pool, swimming pool and other fields.
