Safety system of construction site

(4) after the construction, should be closed coating packaging bucket, cleaning tools, paint and materials, such as inflammable, extinguish the fire source.
Safety and protection in substrate processing
(1) when removing the rust of steel substrate, wear protective glasses and dust mask when using mechanical derusting tools to prevent sand damage to eyes or dust infection of respiratory tract.
(2) wear rubber gloves and protective glasses when using pickling to remove corrosion or alkali washing to remove oil. Wear acid and alkali resistant rubber apron and shoe cover to prevent acid and alkali corrosion of clothing and body.
Safety measures for aerial spraying
(1) high-altitude operation requires the installation of facilities that facilitate the movement of construction personnel, such as hydraulic cage crane; If it cannot be provided, it shall ensure that scaffolding, hangers and ladders are erected around the construction site. High - altitude scaffolding and hanger, its surrounding shall be equipped with 1m high safety protection network. Before spraying, check the firmness and reliability of aerial working facilities. Operators should tie safety ropes and check the strength of ropes and safety nets regularly.
(2) it is not allowed to spray several people in the same vertical line at the same time. When operating on ladders facing streets or sidewalks, temporary barriers must be set up nearby or special personnel should be sent to direct pedestrians and vehicles to detour slowly. Pay attention to the influence of wind force when working in outdoor high-altitude places, and be careful of falling objects injuring people. (3) electric shock accidents must be strictly prevented. When necessary, wear yellow insulated plastic hose on the wire, and pay attention to the impact of wind on the wire.
Safety and protection during construction
Due to the high temperature of materials during spraying (generally around 60C) and spatter, the construction personnel must do a good job in personal safety protection.
