How to deal with polyurea spray substrate

The key to the quality of spray polyurea construction can be divided into metal substrates and concrete substrates. Here's how to deal with polyurea spray substrates.

1. Concrete substrate treatment: Shot blasting of concrete precast parts or removal of dust scum from surface by angle grinder and high pressure water gun. After the substrate is completely dry, the surface is leveled with the caulking material, and the caulking part is required to be solidified by the angle grinder after the caulking material is solidified. Then remove the surface of the dirt brush or roll a matching primer for use. The primer recoating interval is up to 24 hours and a minimum of 3 hours.

2. Metal substrate treatment: firstly sandblast the substrate to Sa2.5 grade, use epoxy putty to level the defects such as welds, make the whole substrate smooth transition, etc. Epoxy putty is solidified and then grinded with angle grinder. Flat, then clean the substrate roll or brush the two matching primers.
