Polyurea is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-curing green and environmentally friendly elastomer waterproof material. The A and B components are mixed and sprayed in the spray gun of the special spraying equipment. And they react and cure quickly to form an elastomer waterproof film.
Spraying polyurea are briefly described as follows according to the definition of PDA (Polyurea development association): The A component is a prepolymer and semi-prepolymer prepared by the reaction of an amine-terminated group or hydroxyl-terminated compound with an isocyanate. The R component must not contain any hydroxyl components and catalysts.

●The urea bond of polyurea is more polar, has higher tensile strength, hardness and rigidity. It also has good heat resistance performance.
●Polyurea has fast reaction speed, fast curing speed, no chemical foaming tendency, and good physical properties.
●Polyurea does not contain catalysts, and there is no problem of catalyst degradation and failure. In this regard, polyurea has excellent corrosion resistance and durability performance.
●Polyurea is not a universal coating with perfect performance. It has unique advantages in physical properties, durability, workability and environmental protection. But there are also some shortcomings, such as not resistant to high temperature and strong acid corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to choose appropriate supporting products or other products that are more suitable for project construction.
