About the temperature resistance of polyurea coatings

Generally, in the non-corrosive air, the application temperature of the national standard polyurea coating can be as high as 120 °C.

Generally, in non-corrosive water, the application temperature limit of the national standard polyurea coating is not recommended to exceed 50 °C. However, please note that not every national standard polyurea coating can be used in such an environment.

Generally, there are corrosive waters, such as sewage, and the application temperature limit of the national standard polyurea coating is recommended only at normal temperature. Even so, it should be hanged beforehand, and it is not a national standard polyurea.

Technology is always evolving, and some non-standard formulas can be used in corrosive environments with higher temperatures, such as a sulfuric acid environment of about 10 percent at 40-50 degrees. Another example: some innovative polyurea formulations can be used for a long time in high temperature and high corrosion environments.

Before the project started, detailed communication with the polyurea manufacturers was crucial. In either case, if you want to verify that it can be used in a specific project, you must first go through the test panel.
