Drying time (25 2 C): 1 minute surface drying, 10 minutes can reach walking strength.Thickness: 2-3 mm (depending on user's requirements).Painting interval: the shortest, unlimited time; the longest, not more than 6 hours.Ultra-wear-resistant polyurea material for mining equipment is the most advanced 100% solid, ultra-fast curing, flexible, spraying, elevated, and two components of aromatic pure polyurea elastomer.  It is the best choice of surface treatment system for hard, flexible, impact resistant and wear resistant coatings. The system has excellent performance characteristics.QTECH-404 is insensitive to relative humidity and temperature and is allowed to be used under the most problematic environmental conditions.
