Polyurethane Elastomer Paint Protection For Cars

Due to the frequent traffic of loading and discharge of cargo, the truck container is easily damaged by the heavy impact, collision and wearing. The normal painting can decorate the truck bed rather than protect it effectively. The bed liner of a new truck is usually destroyed in less than 1 year after application.

Spray polyurethane elastomer innovated a brand new solution for the truck bed liners protection. SHAMU truck bed liners special polyurethane coating is high flexible and wearing resistance performance.

Characteristics              

It is high reactive and rapid curing and able to be sprayed forming on any bending surfaces.The coating film is dense tough and flexible, with high adhesive strength with substrate and excellent properties of impact resistance, anticollision, wear resistance and slip resistance, stable anticorrosion performance endured acid, alkali, salt and other solvents. It performs well in high temperature variation and antiaging and bears the alternative impact in wind, rain, frost and snow conditions.
