Products Description
Spray polyurea is a new environmentally friendly coating that does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOC). The coating generally adopts a two-component system. The reaction speed after mixing the two is extremely fast. The drying time can be adjusted from 3 to 60 seconds. A film layer can be quickly formed on the surface of different substrates such as concrete, metal, wood, and foam to achieve waterproof and anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, protective or aesthetic effects.

Polyurea Spray Machine
The spray polyurea system is composed of two components with extremely high chemical activity. After polyurea A&B mixing, the rapid reaction causes the viscosity to increase rapidly. Without suitable transportation, metering, mixing, atomization and cleaning equipment, this reaction will be uncontrollable. So the polyurea spraying process requires professional spraying equipment. Polyurea component A and component B are sprayed or poured through high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment to form polyurea elastomer.
