Shamu has applied polyurea coating for anti-corrosion storage tank. The storage tank was sprayed in October, 2011. We sprayed our 100% pure polyurea product Qutch-403 for the project. Our pure polyurea coating has achieved very good protection and appearance effects.

The construction process is as followed:
1. Prepare the substrate.
2. Primer application.
3. First we need to block the thing not needing spraying to avoid spraying contamination on its surface. Then we can spray pure polyurea.

Pure polyurea material has excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion properties. The polyurea coating has no joint and smooth appearance.
Pure polyurea is widely used in different kinds of projects, especially suitable for:
