Antibacterial Polyurea Coating

Product description

Antibacterial polyurea coating is a two-component elastomer material composed of component A and component B. Component A is a semi-prepolymer of the terminal NCO group. Component B composed of amino-terminated polyether, amine chain extender and additives.

It can be used alone or in combination with other materials as antibacterial coatings, linings, wear-resistant layers and shock-absorbing layers on the surface of concrete or other substrates.

Polyurea coating can form hard coatings with different thicknesses, and can be applied to various occasions. Insensitive to moisture and humidity, polyurea coating can be used in harsh environmental conditions.

Application

Antibacterial polyurea coating has a very fast reaction speed, the thickness of one spray can reach tens of millimeters, and the appearance of the coating is uniform and beautiful.

It can be widely used in pharmaceutical factories, hospital disinfection rooms and operating rooms, biological laboratories, and purified water purification pools.
